Activating your Chakras through Breathwork

Breathwork is a wonderful tool for healing, bringing in each energy center into health & balance.

The word “CHAKRA” is Sanskrit, which means “WHEEL”, which refers to the spinning energy in each one. Chakras are areas of energy in the body that run through your center from the base of your spine to the top of your head.

Each one of your chakras has its own symbolism and affects you in different ways, spiritually, mentally and physically. Chakras can be considered over or under active, and it is important to know how you can bring each energy center into health & balance. At times the energy of a chakra can be high, or low or in between, but tend to work best when they are balanced.

Activating your chakras is a practice that takes place when you feel the need to give a certain energetic point in your body more attention.

There are symbols, colours, and elements for each chakra. Start becoming aware of your chakras and find the way that best fits you to open them.

Using the Shamanic Breathwork with the intention to help remove blocks that are not allowing proper flow, or holding you back from life’s freedom is one of the many healing modalities that can assist.

Our energy centers (Chakra’s) are the medium through which we nourish our bodies with health & balance. As soon as we find ourselves out of balance, we feel depleted of our energy and health.

Through Breathwork, you have the ability to to increase the capacity and allow energy to flow through you, bringing your Chakras back into balance.

Set the intention, breathe deep, with conscious & connected breaths, to activate the mental body. Endorphins are released straight into the brain allowing a spiritual experience. NAFAS (breath), or NAFS (spirit) flows through you and helps release the energetic blockages and negative energy, leading to healing and self-love.
