Plant Medicine Integration Guide
the real ceremony begins now
“Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water.”
Integration
It means making whole. It is the art of weaving what you saw, felt, remembered, released, and received into the simple choices of everyday life. The medicine may open the doorway. Your daily actions keep it open.
Go slowly.
No need to make drastic decisions. Let the insights land. Let your nervous system settle. Let the next right step reveal itself.
Remember:
You are not trying to become someone new. You are learning how to live with more truth, love, and integrity.
Use what resonates. Leave what does not. Most importantly, trust your body, your breath, and your own inner wisdom.
The First 7 Days
Keep It Simple. The days after ceremony can feel tender and open. Treat them as sacred ground. Your body, heart, and mind are still listening.
Nurture your body
Spend time in nature. Walk slowly. Touch the earth.
Drink water. Rest more than usual. Keep your schedule spacious.
Eat light, clean, nourishing foods. Continue your dieta where possible.
Avoid rushing back into heavy social media, stressful conversations, or overstimulation
Nurture your energy
Cleanse your space with prayer, smoke, flowers, water, or salt baths.
Play ceremony songs or gentle music when you want to reconnect.
Move your body: dance, stretch, shake, walk, or breathe.
Protect the sacred circle. Share only your own story and ask before sharing photos or details about others.
“You do not need to fix yourself. You only need to remember who you are.”
Gentle reminder: peak experiences are not enough on their own. Integration is the loving discipline of turning insight into practice.
Turn Insights Into Living Wisdom
Integration works best when it becomes practical. Capture what came through, then choose small actions you can actually live.
“Every time you breathe consciously, you return home.”
The breath is always available. NAFAS is the bridge back to presence, body, and choice.
Journaling Prompts + Support Map
Choose one or two prompts each day. Do not force answers. Let the pen become a prayer.
“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.”
