Luxor, eGYPT
Shamanic odyssey
A guided remembrance through ancient temples and living waters; a recalibration of body, mind, and spirit in the cradle of civilization.
For thousands of years, Egypt has served as a keeper of balance.
A land not of chaos, but of order.
Not of excess, but of precision.
The temples were built to align the human being with the cosmos.
The river was revered as a living artery.
The feminine was honored as the force that restores harmony.
This journey unfolds along the Nile, where time softens and something ancient inside you stands upright again.
This journey is your invitation to RECALIBRATE.
To slow the internal momentum.
To restore rhythm.
To remember how it feels to be internally aligned.
Across five days, you will explore balance across layers of being, physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
Guided through breath, movement, ceremony, and sacred site immersion.
Held by the quiet intelligence of Egypt itself.
AWAKEN YOUR SOUL
This 5-day journey is a gateway to your higher self. Curated with precision and love, each day is infused with movement, stillness, and healing practices to Awaken Your Soul and calm your mind.
We create the space. You reclaim your power.
You’ll be guided through a process of deep introspection and connection, leaving behind old patterns and opening space for the new.

Before clarity can return, the body must feel resourced.
Not pushed.
Not purified through intensity.
But gently replenished. In Egypt, healing begins by restoring equilibrium to the nervous system.
Each day opens with grounding practices: Yoga, Qi Gong, and guided Meditation - designed to awaken circulation, soften holding patterns, and invite steadiness back into the body.
B r e a t h w o r k sessions are paced and intentional, guiding participants into deeper oxygenation and embodied presence without overwhelm. Ice Bath Therapy is introduced as a controlled ritual of resilience, teaching the body how to remain calm within sensation.
Temple visits themselves become somatic experiences. Walking ancient stone corridors, standing within carefully proportioned chambers, the body responds. Posture shifts. Breath deepens. Energy organizes itself naturally.
Nourishing plant-based meals prepared with local ingredients support digestion, energy balance, and cellular vitality. Food becomes a quiet form of medicine.
This phase of the Soulventure restores trust in the body as an intelligent system, one that knows how to regulate when given the right environment.

Egypt does not pull you inward.
It lifts your gaze. This phase of the journey invites awareness to widen, not through altered states, but through alignment.
Shamanic Breathwork serves as a bridge, opening perception while keeping the body anchored. Through rhythmic breathing and guided facilitation, participants access insight, emotional clarity, and intuitive remembrance.
Sound Healing Journeys work directly with vibration, allowing the mind to rest while the body absorbs resonance. Sacred Cacao Ceremonies soften the heart, fostering connection without emotional excess.
Temple immersions continue this expansion. Each site carries a distinct energetic signature. Rather than explanation, you are invited into direct experience - listening, sensing, receiving.
Here, awareness sharpens.
Not fragmented.
Not overstimulated.
Simply c l e a r. -
“When balance is restored, the soul speaks without effort.”
As the body steadies and awareness widens, a quieter remembering takes place.
Evenings gather the group in Fire and Sharing Circles, not for release, but for reflection. Stories are spoken gently. Silence is welcomed. The group becomes a field of mutual presence rather than performance.
The Nile itself becomes teacher. Sailing at dusk, watching the light shift across water and stone, the nervous system mirrors the landscape. Spacious. Unhurried. Whole.
Visits to temples devoted to Isis, Hathor, and the ancient feminine principle reconnect participants to a form of wisdom that does not dominate, but sustains.
This phase is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to correct proportion. You leave feeling centered.
Aligned.
Quietly strong.
Itinerary
Arrival & Alignment
Reorientation · Presence · Sacred Scale
Days 1–2
Arrival in Luxor marks an immediate shift in scale. The temples do not impress; they orient. Proportion, symmetry, and stone draw attention out of the mind and back into the body.
Immersions at Luxor and Karnak Temples introduce Egypt’s architectural intelligence, spaces built not for worship alone, but for alignment. As you walk their corridors and stand within their chambers, posture adjusts, breath slows, perception steadies.
The body listens before the mind understands.
That evening, the group boards the private Dahabeya. As the river begins its quiet movement south, the journey officially opens with a Cacao Ceremony beneath the stars.
Before balance can be restored, presence must return.
These first days are about landing fully, without haste, without expectation.
Grounding & Restoration
Stability · Rhythm · Nervous System Repair
Days 2-3
With the body now attuned to place, the journey moves into restoration.
Mornings begin with Yoga, Qi Gong, and Meditation. Slow, deliberate practices designed to circulate energy and reestablish inner rhythm. Nothing is forced. Attention is placed on sensation, breath, steadiness and flow.
Visits to Hathor and Esna Temples unfold at a reverent pace. Time is allowed for stillness, for listening, for allowing the subtle intelligence of these spaces to work. Presence replaces interpretation.
Evenings close with Sound Healing Journeys. Vibration moves where language cannot, settling the nervous system and integrating the day’s experiences at a cellular level. Thought recedes. The body absorbs.
This phase restores the ground beneath the journey, a quiet stability from which deeper awareness can naturally emerge.
Expansion & Integration
Balance · Duality · Embodied Insight
Days 3-4
As the Dahabeya glides south along the Nile, the journey enters a more spacious rhythm. Days unfold slowly. There is nowhere to rush to. Awareness settles naturally.
Morning practices continue with Breathwork and gentle movement, inviting clarity without force. Reflection is woven throughout the day.
The immersion at Kom Ombo Temple introduces a new quality of integration. Dedicated to duality and balance, the temple becomes a mirror of light and shadow, structure and flow, masculine and feminine held in symmetry.
At sunset, Shamanic Breathwork is offered on the riverbank. The land holds the experience steady as breath opens perception, allowing insight to arise while the body remains anchored and calm.
That evening, the group rests on Bassu Island. Sleeping close to the earth, under wide skies, integration happens quietly. Without effort. Without instruction.
Completion & return
Feminine Wisdom · Recalibration · Continuity
Day 5
The final day arrives gently, without urgency.
In Aswan, the morning begins with a Guided Meditation - a moment to feel what has shifted, what has settled, what now feels aligned. There is less to process, more to inhabit.
A visit to the Temple of Isis follows. Devoted to the feminine principle of restoration and continuity, this final temple offers closure through grace. The journey completes itself here, not as an ending, but as a return to inner proportion.
The closing circle gathers the group one last time. Gratitude is spoken. Silence is honored. What has been recalibrated is acknowledged without needing explanation.
You leave not transformed in spectacle, but restored in essence - carrying Egypt forward in the way you stand, breathe, and move through the world.
Optional Cairo & Giza Extension
Monument · Memory · Cosmic Perspective
For those called to witness Egypt’s monumental axis, an optional extension leads to Cairo and the Giza Plateau.
The Grand Egyptian Museum offers context as both history and continuity. Objects once touched by hands long gone still carry intention.
At the Pyramids and Sphinx, scale once again becomes teaching. Stone, geometry, and sky converge, reminding the body of its place within something far greater - not to diminish the self, but to situate it correctly.
This extension does not add more.
It completes the arc.
Accomodation
Your home on the Nile is a traditional Dahabeya - an elegant vessel shaped by centuries of river wisdom.
This is not a hotel.
It is a moving sanctuary.
Spaces are intentionally refined, free from unnecessary distraction. Natural light, open air, and the gentle rhythm of the river create an environment where attention naturally returns inward. Days unfold with quiet continuity. Nights are carried by stars and stillness.
Meals are prepared on board using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, inspired by traditional Egyptian nourishment. Food is light, grounding, and restorative, designed to support clarity, digestion, and steady energy rather than stimulation.
Ceremonies and gatherings take place on the open deck, where river, sky, and stone converge. Here, presence deepens effortlessly. Conversation slows. S i l e n c e becomes comfortable.
As the Dahabeya carries you between sacred sites, the river itself becomes a teacher. In its movement, you remember how to move through life with the same quiet certainty.
The river sets the pace.
The body listens.
The mind follows.
